Senior Talent Aquisition - Dubai/Abu Dhabi

We're currently partnered with a well-established global organisation operating across the heavy industrial and manufacturing sector to appoint two experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to join their growing team.

1. Talent Acquisition - Corporate Hiring

This is a standalone, manager-level individual contributor role focused on corporate hiring across a broad range of business functions. We're looking for someone with a strong in-house Talent Acquisition background who can partner with senior stakeholders, manage end-to-end recruitment and bring fresh thinking to talent attraction. Experience recruiting within large, complex organisations in industries such as manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, logistics or similar is highly desirable.

2. Talent Acquisition – High Volume Operations

This role will focus on high-volume recruitment for technical, operational and blue-collar positions, covering both permanent employees and contractors. You'll work closely with hiring managers and a panel of established recruitment agencies, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process while managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience recruiting high-volume operational workforces and can effectively coordinate agency partners and onboarding documentation.

To be considered for either, you'll ideally have:

• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, energy, mining, engineering, logistics or another operationally intensive environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience within a large organisation.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across different business functions and levels.
