Talent Acquisition (UAE National) - Abu Dhabi

We are currently partnered with a semi governmental organisation who are looking to appoint a UAE National Talent Acquisition professional to join its growing team.

This is a senior, hands on role managing end-to-end recruitment and partnering closely with senior stakeholders on senior, specialist hiring. The role will support corporate recruitment in a high volume environment, including complex and business critical hires requiring strong candidate management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with senior management and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver recruitment needs.
• Manage multiple vacancies across a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Build strong candidate relationships, particularly across senior and specialist hires.
• Lead complex offer negotiations, including long notice periods, buyouts and sensitive compensation discussions.
• Provide market insight on candidate availability, compensation and recruitment strategy.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to senior stakeholders and hiring managers.

Requirements

• UAE National with family book.
• 7–8+ years of solid, end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong in-house recruitment background, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
• Proven experience recruiting for senior, specialist and business-critical positions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating independently in a high-volume environment with 100+ vacancies annually.
• Experience across multiple corporate functions advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness, discretion and attention to detail.
• International recruitment or multi-market experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
