Talent Acquisition Administrator - Abu Dhabi/Dubai

We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join a large industrial organisation on a 12-month contract supporting the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. This is a high-volume recruitment role focused entirely on frontline / blue-collar hiring, supporting the recruitment of welders, electricians, and other similar operational hires.

The Role:

• Manage a high volume of recruitment activity daily
• Coordinate and manage interview schedules from initial screening through to candidate progression
• Conduct short 5–10 minute screening interviews, covering basic eligibility, experience and role requirements
• Ensure candidates move efficiently through the recruitment process and are ready to progress to the next stage
• Manage recruitment administration, documentation, scheduling and candidate communication
• Work closely with the wider TA team to keep high-volume recruitment activity organised and on track
• Support a fast-moving recruitment environment where priorities can change quickly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment administration, recruitment coordination or high-volume talent acquisition
• Experience managing large volumes of interviews and candidates
• Blue-collar / frontline recruitment experience is a must
• Experience within industrial, heavy industry, engineering, construction or a recruitment agency environment would be highly relevant
• Extremely organised, switched-on and confident managing multiple moving parts
• Strong administrative and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good level of English and confident communicating with a diverse candidate population
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment and adapting to changing priorities
