Senior Business Analyst - Onboarding Experience

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for digital acquisition, onboarding, and activation journeys.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business teams to define and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Analyse customer behaviour, process performance, and journey metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the design and optimisation of straight-through processing (STP) and digital onboarding workflows.
• Create user stories, process maps, business requirements documents, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
• Support solution testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production readiness activities.
• Monitor post-launch performance and recommend enhancements to improve customer experience and conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking, fintech, or digital financial services.
• Strong experience supporting digital onboarding, customer acquisition, or customer journey initiatives.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and working alongside Product Owners and technology teams.
• Understanding of retail banking products, including accounts, cards, and lending products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
