Pre Sale Solutions Consultant

As a Presales Consultant based in Dubai, you will act as the strategic interface between enterprise customers and next-gen technology solutions. Your role combines deep technical expertise with business consulting to design tailored ICT, cloud, and AI-driven architectures. You’ll lead the entire presales lifecycle—from discovery sessions and solution design to RFPs, presentations, and proof-of-concept delivery—while also mentoring internal teams and staying ahead of industry trends. Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor and long-term partner to clients, driving technical excellence and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with enterprise clients to understand strategic business goals and translate them into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.

Design end-to-end ICT, cloud, networking, and AI/ML solution architectures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Prepare and present compelling proposals, RFP/tender documents, and executive-level solution presentations.

Lead and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to validate proposed solutions and demonstrate real-world value.

Respond to complex RFPs with high-quality, compliant technical documentation.

Deliver impactful demos and presentations that simplify technical concepts for a wide range of audiences.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and enablement through internal workshops and training sessions.

Stay current on emerging technologies such as IaaS, PaaS, AIaaS, ML frameworks, GPU/cloud infrastructure, and hybrid environments.

Ensure excellence in execution by following internal presales processes, documentation standards, and compliance frameworks.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing engagement, technical support, and proactive issue resolution.
Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within ICT, cloud, AI/ML, or enterprise tech domains.

Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale enterprise and public sector clients throughout the full sales lifecycle.

Experience leading PoCs and crafting winning RFP/tender responses.

Proficiency in modern cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP), data centre solutions, AI platforms, and ML tools.

Familiarity with both cloud-native and on-premise hybrid deployments.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or certifications like AWS SA, Azure AI Engineer are a plus).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural storytelling ability to bridge tech and business.
