Senior Developer – AI & Full-Stack

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a technology team building modern, scalable, and AI-enabled applications.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong experience across frontend and backend development, who enjoys working end-to-end — from understanding business requirements and designing solutions through to development, testing, and deployment.

You will play a key role in developing innovative applications, integrating AI capabilities, and leveraging modern development tools to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications.
• Build scalable backend services and modern frontend experiences.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create technical designs, architecture documents, and development specifications.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered features using LLM technologies (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini).
• Utilise AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to improve delivery.
• Design and optimise databases, APIs, and system integrations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with:
• Node.js & REST APIs
• React.js & TypeScript
• Python / FastAPI
• PostgreSQL / MySQL
• API development and system integrations
• Experience building production applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations and AI-assisted coding tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini APIs.
• Knowledge of RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases.
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or CMS development.
