We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist to support the implementation, integration, deployment, and ongoing support of critical banking systems and IT infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with banking system integrations, Saudi payment systems, and production environments, ideally within a SAMA-regulated financial institution. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting capabilities across application and infrastructure layers, alongside the ability to coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, system integrators, and international Head Office teams.

Please note: This opportunity is open exclusively to Saudi Arabian nationals.

Key Responsibilities

Banking Systems Implementation & Integration

  • Implement, integrate, test, and deploy banking systems and related applications.
  • Support Tanfeeth (تنفيذ) and its associated integrations, interfaces, and production support activities.
  • Manage integrations with SARIE, SAMA payment systems, and other banking payment platforms.
  • Integrate local banking systems with Head Office and core banking systems.
  • Troubleshoot system interfaces, transaction failures, connectivity issues, and API/integration problems.

IT Infrastructure & Production Support

  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, networks, databases, storage, backup, and monitoring solutions.
  • Provide technical support for critical banking applications and production environments.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents across application, system, network, and infrastructure layers.
  • Support high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
  • Participate in critical incident management and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Implementation & Go-Live Management

  • Support the full systems implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and integration through testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate with Head Office, external vendors, system integrators, and internal IT stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.
  • Assist with system testing, deployment planning, cutover activities, and go-live readiness.
  • Provide hands-on technical support during deployments and post-go-live stabilization.

Regulatory & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support technology operations within a Saudi Central Bank (SAMA)-regulated banking environment.
  • Ensure system integrations and technical implementations align with applicable banking and payment-system requirements.
  • Coordinate with international stakeholders, Head Office teams, and external technology vendors.
  • Communicate technical issues, implementation progress, and resolutions clearly in English.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems implementation, integration, and infrastructure support.
  • Banking or financial-services experience is highly preferred.
  • Practical experience implementing and supporting banking systems, particularly Tanfeeth (تنفيذ).
  • Experience with SARIE, SAMA payment systems, and banking payment integrations.
  • Knowledge of core banking systems and integration between local banking platforms and Head Office systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills covering system interfaces, APIs, connectivity, transaction processing, and production incidents.
  • Solid understanding of servers, operating systems, networking, databases, storage, backup, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Experience supporting UAT, go-live, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
  • Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Saudi Arabian nationals only.
  • 3–5 years of relevant IT systems, infrastructure, or banking technology experience.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
