Senior Specialist, Identity and Access Management

* Support the IT Security Manager in realizing the cyber security vision of the company ensuring the day-to-day activities fully support these goals. * Own and manage the identity and access management related initiatives. * Provide guidance over identity and access management within the organization by developing, maintaining, and actively managing IAM security controls.

Key Accountabilities:

• Developing and implementing IAM policies and procedures for user authentication, authorization, and identity management.
• Actively manage IAM projects and program.
• Providing guidance for user access and permissions on active directory, provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts
• Resolve identity duplicates and conflicts. Perform provision and integrate new systems with the IAM structure
• Manage the data feeds into IAM and distribution to target systems
• Management of the Single Sign-On, federation, authentication, and authorization systems
• Monitoring and support auditing user access to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations
• Collect, correlate and report on IAM contributions to compliance, security and overall IAM performance
• Own the identity and access management systems and tools. Collaborating with other teams to ensure that IAM is integrated with other security controls.
• Analyze and specify the business/functional requirements for IAM to all system workflows
• Ensure business and functional processes meet operational needs
• Analyze, design, and develop the required identity management processes and workflows
• Raising the awareness of employees on IAM policies and procedures
• Continuously researching and implementing new technologies and best practices to improve IAM in incident response and investigations related to IAM
• Complete required departmental reports in a timely manner and in compliance with th firm’s policies and standards.
• Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to inform senior management on the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate associated decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline: IT management, Information Security, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of diverse information security experience, including aa progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
• Excellent knowledge of common IT and information security technologies
• Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO27001, Qatar 2022 CSF, Cloud first QCB directives & applicable local and global laws and regulations
• Excellent inter-personal skills and an ability to connect with people at all levels to drive successful relationships.
