Legal Director | Real Estate | Riyadh

We are working with a leading international real estate company that is experiencing significant growth in the region. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking to hire a Legal Director to join their team in Riyadh.

This is a senior-level, in-house position offering the opportunity to play a key role in advising on a wide range of legal matters, with a primary focus on commercial real estate—including leasing, development projects, and general commercial contracts. While the majority of the work will be transactional and advisory, the successful candidate should also be prepared to manage dispute and litigation matters when required.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in an in-house legal role, preferably within the real estate sector

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to work independently and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is preferred
