Financial Markets lawyer

We are working with a top-tier UK law firm looking to expand its Financial Markets practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing international team advising on some of the most complex and high-value transactions across the Kingdom and the wider Middle East.

The Role:

You will work on a wide range of financial markets matters, including debt and equity capital markets, structured finance, Islamic finance, and regulatory work. Clients include sovereign entities, major financial institutions, and corporates engaged in transformative projects across the region.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years’ PQE with solid experience in financial markets law

• Trained at a recognised international or leading regional firm

• Experience advising on cross-border transactions

• Strong academic credentials; an LLM or legal qualification from outside Saudi Arabia is an advantage

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment

• Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential
