Mid-level/Senior Employment lawyer
We are working with an exceptional Partner within a prominent UK International firm who is looking for an experienced Mid-Senior Employment Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, be admitted to practice in Saudi Arabia or be Common Law Qualified, and demonstrate a strong background in international and cross-border employment matters, with exposure to cases across the Middle East.
Key Requirements:

Qualified to practice in Saudi Arabia, or Common Law Qualified (UK, Australia, South Africa, US admission)

5+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law

Solid experience advising on complex employment issues, employee relations, investigations, and compliance

Familiarity with employment laws and practices across the GCC region will be beneficial to your application

Strong communication and client advisory skills

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
