Project Finance/Finance lawyer - 2 PQE+

We are working with a top UK headquartered law firm who are seeking a talented Project Finance/Finance Lawyer to join their Riyadh office. Please note that regional Saudization requirements apply to this role.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE with strong experience in project finance and/or general finance legal matters, with a particular focus on project financing documents/agreements needed

• Previous experience at an international law firm preferred; high-calibre candidates from regional firms will also be considered

• LLM or legal studies outside the Kingdom highly desirable

• Excellent drafting, communication, and client-facing skills
