When a vacancy for a Regional Financial Controller arose Sephora called upon Robert Walters to assist with finding the right person to fill the position. After sourcing the perfect person to fit the bill and Robert Walters were requested to assist in recruiting a further four other positions – two based in Jeddah, KSA & two in Dubai, UAE.
The approach taken was one that prioritised both speed and efficiency – with in-depth interviews carried out across UAE, KSA and France.
