Founded in 1969 in France, Sephora remains one of the biggest names in beauty retail globally today. Opening their first store in the Middle East in 2007, the brand has since had a significant hand in shaping the beauty industry in the region. 

From hosting exclusive events and beauty tutorials to having a extensive inventory of different cosmetics, haircare, skincare and fragrance from international and local high-end brands, that customers can browse through both online and instore. 

When a vacancy for a Regional Financial Controller arose Sephora called upon Robert Walters to assist with finding the right person to fill the position.   After sourcing the perfect person to fit the bill and Robert Walters were requested to assist in recruiting a further four other positions – two based in Jeddah, KSA & two in Dubai, UAE. 

The approach taken was one that prioritised both speed and efficiency – with in-depth interviews carried out across UAE, KSA and France. Robert Walters made sure they were well-versed in the specific requirements for the roles – meticulously selecting and focusing on candidates from Australia, the UK and France based upon their qualifications from renown business schools and prior international experience.
