Associate Director - Facility Management (UAEN)

We are currently supporting one of the largest conglomerates in the UAE, specifically for their entertainment business in Dubai. The client is looking to hire Associate Director – Facility Management.

The role will take overall responsibility for the facilities management function across a large-scale, high-footfall destination, overseeing both hard and soft services and ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Facilities Management function across the venue.

• Oversee hard services (engineering, mechanical, electrical and technical maintenance) and soft services (cleaning, security, housekeeping, etc).

• Ensure operational readiness, service quality, compliance and asset performance across a complex, high-footfall environment.

• Lead FM teams, contractors and service providers while managing budgets, performance and service delivery.

Key requirements:

• Strong Facilities Management leadership experience within a high-footfall environment such as entertainment, retail, hospitality, airports, malls, mixed-use destinations or large public venues.

• Proven experience managing both hard and soft FM services.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and contractor-management capability.
