Skills & Experience for Senior Relationship Manager

• 5–7+ years’ experience as a Relationship Manager within consumer, retail, or private banking
• Proven track record managing and growing UHNI (Ultra High Net Worth Individual) client relationships
• Strong ability to originate new business (“hunter” mindset) rather than purely manage existing portfolios
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue generation (rain-making)
• Established personal client network with the ability to transfer relationships
• Experience working within large regional or international banks
• Deep understanding of Middle Eastern client dynamics and market
• Existing Middle Eastern client base (essential for candidates relocating)
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills within the consumer banking segment
