RW is seeking an experienced General Counsel to join a leading organisation in the hospitality sector in Riyadh. This is a senior leadership opportunity to play a key role in supporting a growing portfolio of hotel and hospitality assets across the region.

The role will involve overseeing all legal matters related to hotel operations, management agreements, and development projects. You will advise on a broad range of issues including commercial contracts, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, and risk management, while working closely with senior stakeholders and international partners.

Candidates should bring significant in-house or private practice experience, with a strong focus on hospitality, hotels, or real estate. Experience handling hotel management agreements, operator negotiations, and large-scale development projects will be highly advantageous. You should be commercially minded, pragmatic, and confident operating at senior level.
