A leading organisation in Dubai is looking for an Investment Management Analyst to join their Chief Investment Office. - Perform various analyses including scenario modelling and sensitivity testing to assist in making informed investment or divestment decisions.
- Prepare detailed financial models using Excel (DCF, IRR, waterfall) and conduct due diligence for potential investments, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Develop investment, divestment, and marketing materials tailored for senior management or capital partners and investors, presenting complex information clearly.
- Collaborate with asset management teams to monitor the performance of existing investments, identifying areas for optimisation and improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as tax, finance, legal teams as well as external advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Prepare comprehensive investment reports and forecasts that inform strategic decision-making across the organisation.
- Stay updated with market trends, economic factors, capital markets developments, and investment regulations relevant to Dubai’s real estate sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, managers, and other industry professionals to support business development.
