• Senior finance leadership role embedded within a large-scale real estate development business, acting as the primary financial partner to the development team — covering feasibilities, business planning, master plan financial modelling, and investment performance across a multi-billion mixed-use portfolio
• Responsible for building and leading a high-calibre finance team
• CFO or senior VP-level background required from complex, large-scale real estate development environments — deep familiarity with mixed-use asset classes and development economics is essential
