Finance Director

Finance Director opportunity with a leading organisation in KSA, offering a strategic leadership role driving financial performance, governance, and business growth.

• Lead the overall finance function, including financial planning, reporting, and controls
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support decision-making and growth
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS
• Ensure robust internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices
• Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and banking relationships
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve profitability and efficiency
• Lead tax planning and ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., VAT, ZATCA in KSA)
• Manage audits, including coordination with external auditors and timely closure of findings
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing finance teams across the organisation
