Finance Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced finance executive to lead the financial management of a large, diversified portfolio of operating assets This is a senior leadership position responsible for building and running the financial infrastructure, controls, and commercial performance frameworks that support a rapidly growing, multi-asset operating environment.

• Develop and implement robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting standards across multiple operating entities
• Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning cycles for the operating assets portfolio
• Provide financial oversight on new asset openings, ramp-up phases, and stabilization of operations
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team supporting the operating assets function
• Act as a key finance business partner to executive leadership, providing insights on revenue optimization, cost management, and capital efficiency
• Support investment committee papers, board reporting, and stakeholder presentations related to operating asset performance
• Drive standardization of financial processes and systems across a growing and diversifying asset base
