I’m working on a confidential Finance Business Partner opportunity with a leading global beauty / consumer group based in Dubai.

This is a commercially focused role supporting key emerging markets and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial and regional leadership teams. The business is looking for someone who can go beyond reporting, challenge stakeholders, translate numbers into clear insight and support stronger decision-making across the region.

Key focus areas:

• Partnering with commercial and business clusters across emerging markets
• Budgeting, forecasting, planning and performance reviews
• Providing financial analysis, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Supporting Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams with data-led decision-making
• Identifying risks, opportunities and actions to improve business performance
• Working in a matrix, fast-moving and evolving regional environment
• Supporting commercial projects and market reviews

Ideal profile:

• 6–8+ years’ experience across Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing or Commercial functions
• Background in FMCG, beauty, retail, luxury or consumer goods preferred
• Confident, hands-on, commercially minded and able to challenge constructively
• Arabic language skills would be advantageous but not essential
• Flexibility to travel regionally when required

Package: AED 30,000 per month + bonus and benefits
