As Finance Manager, you will be at the heart of the organisation’s financial operations in Dubai. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing complex month-end processes, ensuring rigorous compliance with both local and international accounting standards, and supporting statutory audits. You will act as a bridge between local teams and global headquarters, translating contractual terms, facilitating revenue recognition discussions, and preparing insightful reports for stakeholders across the business. Your ability to maintain effective controls over financial activities while nurturing positive relationships with colleagues will be essential for success. By proactively addressing escalated issues and collaborating on cross-functional projects, you will contribute significantly to the company’s ongoing growth while developing your own skills in a truly international setting.
- Oversee the month-end close process with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all financial information is accurate and compliant with local GAAP as well as internal deadlines.

- Adhere strictly to established close checklists, review journal entries for accuracy, and prepare comprehensive monthly account reconciliations.
- Review customer contracts thoroughly, translate key terms into English, and collaborate with the corporate accounting team on revenue recognition and broker compensation matters.
- Work alongside local teams to ensure vendor invoices are coded correctly and customer invoices are issued promptly in accordance with contract terms.
- Prepare detailed monthly income statements and balance sheet analytics to provide clear insights into financial performance.
- Manage the preparation of statutory financial statements in line with local GAAP requirements and oversee the annual statutory audit process from start to finish.
- Ensure full compliance with local statutory tax obligations by coordinating filings with both the corporate tax team and external advisors.
- Support local leadership by providing timely operational and financial analysis tailored to evolving business needs.
- Collaborate effectively with the financial planning and analysis team on monthly analytics, reporting tasks, and ad-hoc projects as required.
