Accountant

Experienced Accountant required to join a fast-paced, international finance team. The role focuses on core accounting and reporting activities across AP, AR, Treasury, and General Ledger, with exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical grounding, seeking a hands-on role with broad operational scope and progression opportunities

Essential Requirements

• 5–7 years’ experience across accounting, finance, and reporting, ideally within a multinational or group structure
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory)
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Strong working knowledge of SAP
• SQL exposure is advantageous

Role Positioning

This is a core accounting and reporting role with a strong focus on execution and ownership. It is not an audit-focused or junior position. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute from day one, with clear progression potential into a Senior Accountant role.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 8,960 – 11,205 (depending on experience)
• Housing Allowance: AED 6,380
• Transport Allowance: AED 2,415
• Total Monthly Package: AED 17,755 – 20,000

• Annual Bonus: 15% threshold, 25% target, 35% maximum (based on base salary)
• Leave Travel Allowance: Economy class return ticket to home country (employee + up to 3 children)
• Medical Insurance: Coverage for employee + up to 3 children
• Visa Sponsorship: Provided for employee + up to 3 children
