Review crewing models, manning levels, rotation patterns, and cost optimisation opportunities.
Analyse inventory across warehouses and onboard vessels to identify inefficiencies, obsolete stock, working capital leakage, and improvement opportunities.
Provide insight into operational performance and help leadership understand the financial impact of technical and operational decisions.
Commercial and Pricing Support
Lead and support pricing analysis for vessels on hire, tenders, contract negotiations, renewals, and new business opportunities.
Partner closely with commercial teams to ensure pricing decisions are data-driven, margin-focused, and aligned with market conditions.

Maintain and regularly update the backlog and pipeline to assess future revenue and vessel deployment opportunities.
Finance, Forecasting and Performance Management
Review and support the financial statement process, key reports, and financial data.
Highlight major variances against previous quarters, budgets, and forecasts.
Report on key financial metrics, including EBITDA, margin movement, cost performance, and reasons for material variances.
Produce and update quarterly data packs covering financial and operational performance, including weighted average day rates, OPEX rates, utilisation, vessel-level profitability, and other key performance indicators.
Manage the yearly fleet valuation process, including reviewing external valuations, challenging assumptions, performing sensitivity analysis, and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
Support the Director of Finance and wider management team with financial analysis, tax reviews, audit reports, financial statement reviews, and other ad hoc requests.
