The role focuses on cashflow management, banking and funding oversight, VAT and corporate tax compliance, and financial risk governance. Role Overview
Treasury & Tax Manager

This is a senior, high-ownership role responsible for end-to-end treasury and tax governance across the Group. The position covers liquidity management, banking and loan facility oversight, VAT and corporate tax compliance, FX and financial risk management, and insurance governance.

The role acts as the technical authority across treasury and tax, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership while managing key external relationships including banks, advisors, insurers, and regulators.

What We’re Looking For

• A hands-on treasury and tax lead, not a purely advisory profile
• Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end, from analysis through to execution
• Strong independent judgment with the ability to escalate issues with solutions
• Able to balance technical rigour with commercial pragmatism
• Clear and confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders and external partners
• Comfortable building structure and processes where they do not yet exist

Ideal Background

• 6–10 years’ experience in Treasury and/or Tax within the UAE
• Strong exposure to banking relationships and loan facilities
• Hands-on VAT compliance and direct FTA interaction
• Working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and transfer pricing
• Experience within funded growth, capex-heavy, or complex working capital environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 14,880 – 18,600
• Housing Allowance: AED 8,580
• Transport Allowance: AED 2,875
• Total Monthly Package: AED 26,335 – 30,055

• Annual Bonus: 15% threshold | 25% target | 35% maximum

• Leave travel allowance (economy class, home country)
