Executive Assistant to C-suite (UAE National)

We're currently partnered with a leading Abu Dhabi organisation who are looking to appoint an Executive Assistant supporting a Divisional Chief. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day executive support, coordinating stakeholder communications and ensuring the smooth running of administrative and operational activities. This role is reserved for UAE Nationals with a Family book.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex executive calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments and schedule changes.
  • Coordinate local and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Plan and organise meetings, conferences and events, ensuring agendas and materials are prepared in advance.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior leadership.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes and track follow-up actions.
  • Manage executive correspondence, including emails and calls, and draft responses where appropriate.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Divisional Chief, internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential records and filing systems.
  • Support expense reporting and other administrative activities.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to support divisional initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • UAE National (Family Book required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferrable but not mandatory
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements and executive-level meetings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
