Financial Reporting Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of consolidated financial statements and statutory reports
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review journals, financial statement notes, and variance analysis
• Review financial submissions from business units for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and perform reconciliations
• Support external audits, including audit documentation and liaison with auditors
• Assist with accounting policies and technical accounting papers
• Support treasury accounting, reconciliations, and financial disclosures
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial insights for stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Assist with tax and audit-related requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• ACA / ACCA / CA qualification is essential
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally from a top consulting firm
• Strong audit and accounting experience, including complex structures and transactions
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and IAS standards
• Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and regulatory reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
