Legal Administrator - UAE National

We are currently working with a leading government backed digital infrastructure company who are looking for a UAE National (Family Book) to join its Legal team as a Legal Administrator.

This role provides administrative and operational support across the Legal function, ensuring the efficient management of legal documentation, contracts, governance processes, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting legal operations, maintaining document integrity, and coordinating contract execution processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage legal documents, contracts, agreements, and corporate records.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and quality check legal documents and execution packs.
  • Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, and execution workflows.
  • Manage the Legal Intake System (LIS), ensuring matters are tracked, assigned, and progressed efficiently.
  • Maintain legal trackers, dashboards, reports, and document repositories.
  • Support corporate governance activities, including licences, statutory records, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external legal advisors, and vendors to ensure legal processes are completed efficiently.
  • Support reporting, legal spend tracking, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • UAE National with Family Book.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years' experience in legal administration, legal support, paralegal, or corporate legal operations.
  • Experience within infrastructure, engineering, construction, real estate, utilities, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contract administration, and governance processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
