A confidential client within the tourism and investment sector is seeking a Senior Hospitality Business Director to oversee operations across hospitality, catering, facilities management, events, and related service businesses.

Reporting to executive leadership, the role will focus on driving operational excellence, profitability, business expansion, and scalable growth across Saudi Arabia, particularly in Riyadh and other strategic regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple hospitality and service business units
• Manage full P&L responsibility and operational performance
• Implement operational strategies, KPIs, and scalable processes
• Support expansion initiatives across Saudi Arabia

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of leadership experience within hospitality, tourism, catering, facilities management, events, or related sectors

• Good understanding of the Saudi market
• Strategic, hands-on leader with strong stakeholder management skills
