Head of Maintenance - Power/Energy/Utility

Robert Walters has partnered with one of the largest power/energy companies in the Middle East that is looking to hire a senior executive to lead maintenance function for the organization.

This is an executive role with responsibility for maintenance maintenance strategy, operational readiness, safety, reliability, cost effectiveness, and long-term asset performance across a large, diversified pool of assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and deliver the maintenance strategy, budgets and operating plans for the business unit.
• Lead maintenance and inspection across all asset and drive performance, cost control and compliance.
• Improve system reliability through contingency planning, emergency readiness, performance monitoring and reduction of outages/blackouts.
• Lead digitalization initiatives to transform and optimize maintenance operations.
• Improve dashboard and analytical capabilities to enable continuous monitoring.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 20+ year's experience, including broad exposure to maintenance, maintenance planning, system performance and emergency readiness in power/energy.
• Strong executive leadership and strategic planning capability
• Proven track record driving reliability, safety and cost outcomes across complex, geographically dispersed assets.
