Recruitment Specialist - Dubai (UAE National)

We are currently working with a Tech company looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end sourcing activities across a range of roles. The ideal candidate will have experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn to identify and engage talent across the UAE and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through ATS, LinkedIn, and other online channels for a variety of roles
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across different functions
  • Conduct initial CV screening and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Manage and update candidate information within the ATS
  • Support hiring teams with market mapping and talent insights
  • Ensure a consistent and efficient sourcing process across all roles

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of recruitment or talent sourcing experience
  • UAE National with a family book
  • Based in Dubai
  • Proven experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience sourcing candidates within the UAE and internationally
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
