Emiratization Talent Acquisition Executive - UAE National

We are currently working with a multinational retail brand, who are seeking a People & Emiratization Talent Acquisition Executive to join its People & Culture team in Dubai. This is a UAE National mandate that offers the opportunity to support Emiratization initiatives, retail recruitment and HR operations, while partnering with internal stakeholders and government entities to help deliver the organisation's people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the company's Emiratization strategy, including attracting, hiring, developing and retaining UAE National talent.
• Monitor Emiratization metrics and prepare reports and insights for HR leadership.
• Act as the main point of contact for Nafis, GPSSA and other government-related Emiratization requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and government entities to ensure compliance with Emiratization initiatives.
• Support end-to-end recruitment for retail employees, including sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Partner with the Retail People team on employee engagement initiatives and conduct regular store visits across the UAE.

Key Requirements

• UAE National with a family book
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or an Emiratization focused HR role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Emiratization processes, including exposure to platforms such as Nafis and GPSSA.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour practices and government employment initiatives.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
