Senior Training & Development Specialist - Construction

We are currently partnered with a large construction group who are looking to appoint a Senior Training & Development Specialist.

This role will be based in Dubai, with occasional travel to KSA.

Key requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resource Management
• L&D / Training certifications are preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in training delivery, ideally within the construction sector
• Strong experience delivering training programmes and supporting workforce development

Key responsibilities:
• Deliver and facilitate training sessions across technical and soft skill areas
• Support the rollout of training programmes across sites and corporate teams
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs
• Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with company standards and operational requirements

Additional details:
• Preference for Arabic speaking candidates
• Experience in construction or similar project-based environments is highly advantageous
