IT Cost Analyst (UAE National)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 30,000 - 32,000 per month

Working Model: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities

IT Cost Management & FinOps

• Analyse and report on IT and cloud spend using Cloudability and Unravel
• Track KPIs, identify cost anomalies, and recommend optimisation actions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cloud cost optimisation initiatives
• Improve tagging, cost allocation, and spend transparency
• Apply FinOps best practices to strengthen cost governance and accountability

IT & Product Cost Analysis

• Monitor IT and product costs across the lifecycle
• Analyse spend and usage data to identify efficiency opportunities
• Deliver concise insights and dashboards for decision‑makers

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Business teams
• Communicate cost insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
• Support alignment between IT spend and business priorities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in IT cost analysis, FinOps, or cloud cost management
• Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder communication skills
• Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, and cost management tools preferred
• English required; Arabic preferred
• UAE National required
