Senior Analyst - Market Intelligence
Our esteemed public sector client in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Analyst - Market Intelligence & Analysis to deliver data-driven insights on product markets, monitor trends, identify risks, and produce strategic reports. The role supports decision-making through dashboards, stakeholder engagement, and actionable intelligence to enhance private sector competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Monitor product markets, trade flows, pricing trends, and regulatory changes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI trackers to support performance analysis
- Gather market intelligence through research, surveys, and stakeholder engagement
- Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging disruptions such as supply chain issues or geopolitical instability
- Produce quarterly reports, sector briefs, and policy insights, as well as contribute to publications
- Liaise with government, industry associations, and private sector partners to gather and validate market intelligence
- Deliver data-driven recommendations and respond to ad-hoc requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in market intelligence, economic analysis, or similar roles
- Strong skills in Excel, STATA, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Arabic
