Power Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Power Platform Engineer to lead the architecture, governance, and operational excellence of a growing Microsoft ecosystem within a high-performing, technology-driven environment. This is a key role where you will act as the subject matter expert across Microsoft Power Platform, driving best practices, governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Architecture & Governance

• Define and implement environment strategy across Development, UAT, and Production
• Establish governance frameworks including policies, standards, and operating models
• Enforce security, naming conventions, and environment controls to ensure scalability and compliance

Security, DLP & Risk Management

• Design and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies with a “block-by-default” approach
• Lead connector governance, risk assessments, and exception management processes
• Ensure strong security posture aligned with enterprise and audit requirements

AI & Copilot Governance

• Drive the safe rollout and governance of Copilot and AI capabilities
• Define usage policies, access controls, and phased deployment strategies
• Monitor adoption, usage, and risks across environments

CI/CD & Application Lifecycle Management

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions
• Enable structured Dev → UAT → Production deployments with quality gates
• Introduce automation, approvals, and rollback capabilities

Platform Operations & Enablement

• Build dashboards for performance, usage, and capacity monitoring
• Manage lifecycle of applications, including identifying unused or redundant assets
• Support and enable internal users through onboarding frameworks and best practices

Microsoft 365 Engineering

• Administer Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID integrations
• Manage access controls, application registrations, and identity governance
• Support automation across Azure and Microsoft 365 services

Required Experience

• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong expertise in governance, environment management, and DLP policies
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing application lifecycle
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and security best practices
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, identity, security)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600
• Experience with CoE Starter Kit, Managed Environments, or ALM Accelerator
• Exposure to AI/Copilot governance frameworks
• Background in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments
