Service Desk Analyst - UAE National Only

A leading organisation in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join its Corporate Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in service desk operations, facilities management, and access control systems who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Corporate Services Service Desk, ensuring requests are processed within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate and assign work orders through the Service Desk platform.
• Administer building access control, including creating and updating access permissions.
• Produce regular reports on service desk performance, access control, and time & attendance.
• Issue and maintain employee and contractor ID cards.
• Manage the inventory and distribution of secure access tokens.
• Prioritise urgent requests and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide administrative support to the Corporate Services team as required.
• Conduct inspections of restricted areas when required.

About You

• Must UAE National.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Service Desk, Corporate Services, Facilities Management, or similar operational environment.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (certification is highly desirable).
• Experience using access control systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
