Sr IT Specialist - ERP, Infrastructure & Cyber Security

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Specialist to manage and support our IT environment across the Middle East region.

The role will focus on managing Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Microsoft 365, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience supporting business-critical IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (Dynamics AX, NAV, Business Central, or D365)
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environment, including:
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint
  • OneDrive
  • Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Intune
• Manage IT infrastructure including:
  • Servers
  • Networks
  • Storage
  • Virtualization
  • Firewalls
  • Backup systems
• Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and performing well
• Implement cybersecurity controls, policies, and best practices
• Support security activities including:
  • Vulnerability management
  • Patch management
  • Security monitoring
  • Incident response
• Manage Active Directory, user access, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and network services
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, cloud initiatives, and digital transformation projects
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support
• Work with vendors, service providers, auditors, and internal teams
• Maintain IT documentation, processes, licenses, and compliance records
• Ensure alignment with company security standards and regional regulations

Key Experience

ERP & Business Applications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
• Experience with ERP implementation, administration, and support
• Understanding of business processes and system integrations

Microsoft Technologies

Hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration
• Exchange Online
• Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Intune
• Microsoft Defender

Infrastructure & Networking

Experience with:

• Windows Server administration
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• VMware or Hyper-V
• LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks
• Firewalls and VPNs
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions

Cybersecurity

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Experience implementing security policies and controls
• Security monitoring and incident management
• Vulnerability assessments and risk management
• Identity and access management

Regional Experience

• Previous experience working in the Middle East/GCC region
• Experience supporting multiple locations or regional operations preferred
• Understanding of local IT and security requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–10 years of IT experience
• 3+ years of Middle East/GCC experience preferred
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage
• Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP, ISO 27001) are preferred
• ITIL certification is a plus
