About the Role

We are looking for a highly adaptable and forward-thinking Full Stack AI-Enabled Developer who is passionate about modern development practices and leveraging AI tools to build products faster and smarter.

This role is ideal for a developer who understands that the future of software development is AI-assisted. You will be responsible for building, launching, and improving digital products from concept to deployment, using AI coding tools alongside your technical expertise.

The ideal candidate is not necessarily someone following traditional seniority paths, but someone who stays ahead of industry trends, understands AI-assisted workflows, and can independently deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch web applications and digital products from scratch using modern development approaches.
• Use AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Claude, AI coding agents, etc.) to accelerate development workflows.
• Write effective prompts and guide AI tools to generate accurate, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Review, validate, test, and improve AI-generated code to ensure quality and performance.
• Work across the full developmentlifecycle:

  • Continuous improvement
• Develop full-stack applications including frontend, backend, database, and server setup.
• Build internal tools, CRM systems, and customer-facing applications.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously optimize existing solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Experience with modernfrontend technologies:
  • React.js
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Vite
  • Livewire (preferred)
• Experience building responsive web applications.
• Understanding of:
  • APIs
  • Databases
  • Authentication
  • Deployment workflows
  • Server environments
  • Hosting platforms (CPanel experience is a plus)
• Experience setting up and managing web applications from development through production.

AI Development Experience (Critical Requirement)

• Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as:

  • Similar AI-assisted coding platforms
• Ability to:
  • Break down requirements into effective AI prompts.
  • Direct AI tools to produce desired outcomes.
  • Review and verify AI-generated code.
