Power Platform & MS Word Automation (Own Visa)

Our client is a leading provider of heavy equipment and aftersales support solutions across the mining, cement, aggregates, agriculture, forestry, infrastructure, and energy sectors. The company delivers tailored solutions that improve productivity, maximize equipment reliability and availability, and help customers reduce operating and lifecycle costs.

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform & Word Automation Specialist for a 3-month contract (with the possibility of extension to 6 months) to design and deliver an automated document generation solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build a Power App for document data capture.
• Develop Power Automate workflows to generate documents automatically.
• Configure Microsoft Word templates using Content Controls and XML mapping.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint Online.
• Produce technical documentation, solution architecture, and deployment guides.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to the internal Digital team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Expertise in Microsoft Word Content Controls (Plain Text, Rich Text, Drop-Downs) and XML data mapping.
• Experience using the Populate a Microsoft Word Template action, including repeating content controls, loops, and complex data handling.
• Experience integrating with SharePoint Online.
• Proven track record delivering low-code business process automation solutions.

Contract

• 3-month contract with the possibility of extension to 6 months.
