IT & Integration Project Manager

We are seeking a hands-on MANAGER, TECHNOLOGY & SYSTEM INTEGRATION with strong technical capabilities in systems integrations, SCADA/industrial systems, and Odoo ERP, and the ambition to grow into a future IT leadership role. This combines technical execution, project ownership, and progressive strategic exposure. You will play a key role in delivering integration and ERP initiatives while progressively contributing to the company’s IT roadmap and digital transformation strategy.

KEY ROLE:

Hands-On Integration & ERP Delivery (Core Role)

• Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between ERP, IoT, and operational systems.
• Work directly with APIs, data flows, and ETL pipelines.
• Configure and support Odoo ERP modules, including testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across both IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Contribute actively to system architecture decisions.
• Support integration between, ERP, SCADA, IoT, and operational systems to enable real-time monitoring, automation, and data synchronization across production environments.
• Support real-time operational data exchange between industrial systems and business applications.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve automation, monitoring, and reporting capabilities across production facilities.

ERP (Odoo) Ownership & Continuous Improvement

• Play a key role in Odoo ERP implementation and evolution.
• Translate business requirements into efficient system solutions.
• Optimize ERP usage and reduce unnecessary customizations.
• Support user adoption and training across departments (Aligned with internal ERP ownership and optimization efforts).

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead IT and integration projects end-to-end with a hands-on approach.
• Define scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Track progress and ensure delivery quality.

Business Partnering

• Work closely with operations, finance, and other departments.
• Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and process improvement.
• Translate operational needs into scalable IT solutions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve visibility and automation of production and facility systems through integration of SCADA and business applications.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Collaborate with external integrators and technology providers.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and alignment with business need.
• Support vendor management and follow-up.

Progressive IT Leadership Exposure (Growth Track)

• Contribute to the IT roadmap and system architecture vision.
• Support decision-making on tools, integrations, and digital priorities.
• Participate in IT governance, cybersecurity, and system standardization initiatives.
• Gradually take ownership of broader IT topics and cross-functional initiatives.

REQUIRED:

• Minimum 10 years experience in Operational Technology and IT Project Management System Integration. including ERP, SCADA, and industrial/operational systems and ERP implementation (Odoo preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver projects while being hands-on technically.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong understanding of SCADA systems, industrial automation, and operational data flows.
• Knowledge of real-time monitoring, telemetry, and operational reporting environments.
• Experience integrating SCADA and industrial systems with ERO platform (Odoo preferred).
• Experience with industrial communication and integration concepts between OT and IT systems.
