Director Presales - Software & AI - KSA

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Director / Technical Director to lead technical engagement with customers, partners, and business stakeholders. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with customer-facing experience, ideally someone who has progressed from a software development or engineering background into pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales.

This role will focus on understanding customer challenges, leading technical demonstrations, developing proof-of-concepts (POCs), and supporting enterprise customers in adopting innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for customers.
• Engage with business stakeholders including CEOs, COOs, business owners, and operational leaders to understand challenges and present solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and value propositions.
• Support customer implementations through technical guidance and onsite engagement.
• Work closely with partners and internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience with a strong technical foundation.
• Background in software development, engineering, solutions consulting, or technical architecture.
• Previous experience moving from a technical role into pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts and the software development lifecycle.
• Comfortable discussing coding concepts and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Microsoft technologies), though hands-on development is not required.
• Experience with automation, RPA, or digital transformation solutions is highly desirable (UiPath, Pegasystems, Automation Anywhere, or similar).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and senior business stakeholders.
