Product Leader - HCM (UAE National)
We are looking for an Emirati Product Leader to own the strategy, delivery, and evolution of enterprise Human Capital systems for our estmeed client, with a workforce of over 8,000 employees. The role leads team of product specialists and partners closely with HR leadership to develop and enhance Human Capital solutions including SAP SuccessFactors to enable efficient, compliant, and scalable HR processes.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for HR-related and Human Capital platforms
- Lead and develop a team of talented product management professionals
- Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business and people strategy into digital products
- Drive adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement of HC solutions
- Govern prioritisation across the product backlog based on impact and outcomes
- Oversee delivery within an agile framework, ensuring quality and usability
- Manage integrations and dependencies with other enterprise systems
- Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
- Act as escalation point for product risks and decisions
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a product management or similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree from a reputable
university. Master’s Degree preferred. - Strong experience leading Human Capital (HC) systems, with hands‑on ownership of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding and exposure to HR stakeholders and HR processes.
- Experience working within large, complex, enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
