RW is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (3–5 PQE) to join a leading international practice in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality regional and cross-border matters within a growing, collaborative team.

The role will involve advising on a broad range of commercial contracts and transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements across multiple sectors, and supporting cross-border projects for regional and international clients. You will work closely with global teams on complex, high-value matters.

Candidates should have 3–5 years’ PQE from a top-tier international or leading regional firm, with strong experience in commercial contracts and advisory work. Excellent drafting and communication skills are essential, along with a strong academic background and commercial awareness. Regional experience is beneficial but not essential.
