RW is seeking a Mid-Level Regulatory Lawyer (3–6 PQE) to join a leading international practice in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity to advise on complex and evolving regulatory frameworks across the Middle East within a growing and dynamic team.

The role will involve advising clients on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters, including corporate governance, investigations, and risk management. You will support on cross-border mandates, assist with regulatory strategy, and work closely with clients across sectors such as financial services, technology, and energy.

Candidates should have 3–6 years’ PQE from a top-tier international or leading regional firm, with strong experience in regulatory and compliance work. Exposure to investigations and regulatory enforcement is advantageous. You should have excellent analytical and drafting skills, strong attention to detail, and a pragmatic, commercial approach.
