RW is seeking a Head of Construction & Disputes to join a leading organisation in Riyadh. This is a senior in-house opportunity to lead on high-value construction projects and complex disputes across a major regional portfolio.

The role will involve overseeing all legal aspects of construction and project-related disputes, including claims management, arbitration, and litigation strategy. You will advise on major infrastructure and development projects, support contract negotiations, and work closely with senior stakeholders to manage legal risk and drive commercial outcomes.

Candidates should have significant experience in construction law and disputes, gained in private practice and/or in-house. Strong experience in arbitration, claims, and large-scale infrastructure or development projects is essential. You should be commercially minded, confident leading on complex matters, and comfortable operating at senior level.
