Governance Advisor

Robert Walters is working with a leading Abu Dhabi-based organisation to hire a Legal Counsel into its Corporate Governance team. This is a high-impact role supporting senior stakeholders on governance, regulatory, and corporate legal matters within a complex, high-profile environment.

To be considered fopr this position you must be:

• Qualified lawyer
• 4–8 years’ experience, ideally from a top-tier international law firm and/or leading corporate environment
• Strong background in corporate, commercial, governance, and regulatory matters
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Middle East experience is advantageous
