Legal Counsel- Capital Markets

Robert Walters is working with a leading international financial institution to hire a Legal Counsel into its Capital Markets team.

• Advise on capital markets transactions (DCM/ECM, structured products, financing)
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation
• Provide support on regulatory and legal risk matters
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external counsel across jurisdictions
• Qualified lawyer with 3–6 years’ experience, from a top-tier law firm and/or financial institution
• Strong experience in capital markets and/or structured finance
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
• Middle East experience beneficial but not essential
