Regulatory Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel - Regulatory - Abu Dhabi We are partnering with a well-regarded institutional investor to appoint a Legal Counsel to join its Legal team.

The successful candidate will provide specialist advice on complex cross-border regulatory matters, working closely with senior management, investment professionals, compliance and risk teams.

We are keen to speak with lawyers who possess:

✔ 4–8 years' PQE gained within a leading international law firm and/or major financial institution
✔ Strong experience advising on U.S. securities regulation and regulatory filings
✔ Exposure to institutional asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, alternative investments or investment funds
✔ Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex international regulatory environments
✔ Outstanding technical legal drafting and analytical capabilities
