Corporate Senior Associate

A leading international law firm with a long-established presence in the Middle East is seeking to appoint both a Corporate Associate (2–5 PQE) and a Corporate Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) to join its Dubai office. The team advises a broad range of regional and international clients on complex cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate advisory work across multiple sectors. The roles offer exposure to high-value, multijurisdictional transactions within a well-established international platform.

Key Requirements

• 2–5 PQE (Associate) / 5–8 PQE (Senior Associate)
• Qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction (preferred)
• Strong corporate/M&A experience from a leading international or top-tier regional firm
• Experience in cross-border transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Senior candidates should demonstrate deal leadership and client management experience
• Middle East experience advantageous but not essential
